Hanson, McIlroy set for last-day duel

Peter Hanson leads the BMW Masters by one shot from defending champion Rory McIlory going into the final round on Sunday. Swede Hanson shot a two-under-par third round of 70 to reach 16-under overall for the European Tour event at Lake Malaren Golf Club on Saturday. Northern Irishman McIlroy, the world number one, is a single shot back at 15 under following his three-under 69 on day three near Shanghai. South African George Coetzee posted one of the low rounds of the day, a six-under 66, to stay within touch of the leaders, outright third at 13 under. Englishmen Justin Rose and Luke Donald are part of a six-way tie for fourth at 11 under, seemingly out of contention barring some heroics on the final day.
