Golf Tasmania is looking for people from all parts of the sport to assist in the development of its future direction. We have a recently completed Governance and Structure Review and are now ready to develop a strategic plan for golf in Tasmania. 1. Governance and Structure How can we lead Tasmanian golf forward in a unified manner? 2. Communication How do we build effective two way communication channels with the golf community? 3. Club Viability How can we improve the viability of Tasmanian Golf Clubs? 4. Participation How do we get more golfers playing in Tasmania? 5. Player Development How do we develop a sustainable player pathway? 6. Investment into golf? – How can we generate more revenue to grow golf? Do you have a vision for the future of golf, are you prepared to share and discuss ideas in an open and positive environment? Experience in planning and developing ideas into actions in a sporting business environment and knowledge of sports governance and administration are desirable but not essential.
