Hend in second place

Sportal Australian Scott Hend has fired a six-under-par round of 66 to move into equal second place after three rounds of the Pakistan Open in Karachi. Hend finished his round at 14-under-par, tied with Simon Hurd, but both players trail Malaysia s Airil Rizman Zahari who carded a magnificent round of 64 to open up a three shot lead. Zahari, who is aiming for his maiden Asian PGA title, was in fine form nailing nine birdies without a blemish on his card to equal the course record. Mitchell Brown is the next best placed Australian at eight-under-par after a round of 67, while compatriot Shane Baxter is a further stroke back after firing a 71. Fellow Australian Scott Barr carded a round of 68 to be in a tie for 16th place at six-under-par.
