Hole 15 – Victoria Golf Club – Par 4

uot;left" />This short par four is one of the most confounding in the game. Players can legitimately hit anything from a 6 iron to a driver from the tee but member and US Open champion Geoff Ogilvy cautions, ‘the 15th hole is never a driver’.

That however won’t stop some from trying to run up close to the front of the green. The left side if guarded by deep bunkers beginning about 80 meters from the green and finding them leaves those awful length bunker shots that even the best players struggle to play with any surety or consistency. There is ample room to play safely right but when the pin is cut left the safer the tee shot the harder the pitch.
