Horschel the one to beat in Texas

American Billy Horschel will take a two-stroke lead into the final round of the PGA Tour&aposs Texas Open, while Rory McIlroy remains in contention. Horschel led by two strokes heading into the third round, and he still holds that advantage after carding a 70 in windy conditions at TPC San Antonio on Saturday. Horschel had five birdies and three bogeys in his two-under round, moving him to 10 under the card, two shots clear of compatriots Jim Furyk (69) and Charley Hoffman (70). Northern Ireland&aposs McIlroy continued to find some form ahead of next week&aposs Masters, with his 71 meaning he enters the final round four shots off the pace on six under, where he is joined by Americans Ryan Palmer and Bob Estes. McIlroy struggled off the tee on Saturday, missing seven of 14 fairways. He looked to be struggling after dropping shots at the fourth, 10th and 11th holes, but birdies at 12 and 14 got him back on track. Ireland&aposs Padraig Harrington heads a chasing pack of five men on five under, made up of Scotland&aposs Martin Laird, South Korean KJ Choi as well as Americans Jeff Overton and Daniel Summerhays.
