Howlong signs up MYGolf members

The inaugural session of the Howlong Country Golf Club Junior My Golf development day was conducted on Sunday 29thMay. The day was a huge success with 20 new juniors joining the Program. Juniors ranged from 5 years of age through to 14 and undertook a number of fun activities to introduce them to the game of golf. Club President and AIS trained community coach Ken Walton said The Howlong Country Golf Club is committed to development of junior golf and Sunday s session was our first step in getting the My Golf program up and running. We are very pleased to have an enthusiastic group of volunteers that are prepared to put in their time into this important development role of a sport they love. Howlong Golf Club General Manager said The morning was a great success with a large number of juniors participating in the sport for the first time.
