An unexpected and exciting finish to the 2015 Women's NSW Fourball Championship State Final at Bonville Golf Resort. Pamela Hutchins and Patricia Kerr from Cammeray had a +8 in the final round to win the Championship by 2 shots. Hutchins and Kerr had a +2 on Wednesday to kick off their campain in the Championship. Overnight the pair were sitting tied seventh with six other pairs, the leaders only 3 shots ahead on +5. Lynwood's pairing of Brenda Williamson and Tracy Steyn also came from behind to take out runners up for the championship on a total of +8. Williamson and Steyn had rounds of +2 on Wednesday and finished with a +6 on Thursday for the final round.

The first round of the Women's NSW Fourball Championship State Final is now completed with very warm conditions for the players here at Bonville Golf Resort today.
Co-leaders on a score of +5 are Balgowlah's Sue Salvage and Mary Wotherspoon along with Helen Barnes & Barbara Beasley from Oatlands. One point behind on +4 are Elizabeth Harding & Tilla Davis from Young and Deborah McCarty & Cheryl Ferrington from Massey Park.
