It’s Olympic golf time, send your best wishes

If you love your golf and love your Olympics, tonight (from 8.30pm AEST) is one for the ages.

After 112 years, the sport returns to the Games family with Australians Scott Hend and Marcus Fraser part of history.

Under the watchful eye of team leader Ian Baker-Finch, the Aussie duo will take to the Olympic Golf Course in Barra De Tijuca in good form and with medals on their minds.

Next week, outstanding 20-year-olds Minjee Lee and Su Oh will fly the national flag for the women, but tonight it’s the men.
