Golf Australia is seeking a full-time Regional Development Officer to be based in the Northern Territory.
As the Regional Development Officer in the Northern Territory you will report to the Senior Manager Golf Development – Queensland and will work closely with local Golf Clubs and the District Associations as well as Schools and Coaches. You will be responsible for providing strategic and operational direction to the golf clubs and providing game development support, including recruitment of community instructors and promoting participation programs.
You will be responsible for the delivery of agreed KPI’s across all Golf Australia participation initiatives within the Northern Territory.
To be considered for this position you will need to have demonstrated experience in sport participation program delivery, have outstanding administration, communication and personal skills and a good understanding of the Australian golf landscape.
As the role spends the vast majority of their time in the field, it is also essential that you possess exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst working effectively remotely and in a team environment.
