Cristie Kerr carded a one-over par 72 at the US Women&aposs Open but strengthened her overall lead as tough conditions continued at the Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Kerr suffered three bogeys on her round, but fared far better than Paula Creamer, who began the day second on the leaderboard but fell back to a tie for 17th with an error-strewn eight-over 79 that has left her six-over after three rounds. Kerr&aposs nearest challenger now is Eun Hee Ji, whose one-under 70 has left her at level par overall for sole possession of second place. Teresa Lu also went one-under on the day for a share of third with Jean Reynolds, who fell off the pace with three bogeys on the last four holes to card a three-over 74. Top-ranked Loreno Ochoa, having struggled mightily on Friday, carded a two-over 73 for a share of 27th place alongside Australians Karrie Webb and Lindsey Wright, who fell down the leaderboard after a six-over 77.
