Matt Kuchar and Harris English have cruised to a seven-shot win at the Franklin Templeton Shootout on Sunday.
The American duo produced a 14-under 58 in the scramble format to clinch the title at the Tiburon Golf Club at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples.
Kuchar and English finished at 34 under at the three-round tournament, well clear of Retief Goosen and Freddie Jacobson (27 under).
The winners collected $385,000 each for their victory, with the duo producing the best – or equal – rounds every day.
It matched the tournament record for margin of victory set by Curtis Strange and Mark O'Meara at the inaugural event in 1989.
"It was a fun week. This is one of my favourite events of the year. I wish we could more team events," Kuchar said.
"I realise during the year, that's difficult but to mix up the formats and have a partner here is just a lot of fun. It's nice to perform well."
The best drive from one player was selected, followed by the second shot, until the hole was completed and English and Kuchar proved far too good.
Goosen and Jacobson closed with an 11-under 61, while Ian Poulter and Lee Westwood were third at 26 under after their 59.
