They say never change a good thing, and for Stephanie Kyriacou, it certainly holds true.
For the second straight year, Kyriacou has flown to Hawaii to contest prequalifying for the US Junior Girls, and like last year, she has come away with a place in the 2018 Championship.

It took a playoff this year to grab the final spot after Steph posted a one over par 73 at the Wailua Golf Course, unlike last year when her even-par round was good enough.
Despite not playing her best, Kyriacou made short work of the playoff sealing her place with a gutsy par on the first extra hole.
“I hit a good recovery shot from the trees and got up and down, while my opponent (Hawaiian Myah McDonald) didn’t," she smiled.
Kyriacou is confident she will perform a lot better at Poppy Hills Golf Course on the Monterey Peninsula in California after her debut in last year's championship at Boone Valley Golf Club in Missouri.
“I think I’ll go better this year. I know what to expect now, and I’ve played a lot more golf overseas since then,” she added.
