Lemon and Meaburn to Represent Tasmania

Tasmania Golf Club’s Zahara Lemon and Royal Hobart’s Hallie Meaburn will represent the state at the 2017 Australian Girls’ Interstate Teams Matches in April.

 

The two girls will combine with players from the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory to form a composite team for event.

 

Each State is represented by six players with five players contesting singles match play each round in a round robin format.

 

The Australian Girls' Interstate Teams Matches for the Burtta Cheney Cup is Australia's premier girls’ amateur team golf championship.

 

The series will be conducted at the Port Kembla Golf Club, New South Wales from April 9-11 and will be preceded by the Australian Girls’ Amateur from April 5-7.
