rnThe inaugural Saint Four Ladies&apos Masters takes place on Jeju Island in Korea this week, from 14-16 November, with a prize fund of €220,000. Frenchwoman Gwladys Nocera will lead the European contingent in the new tournament, which is co-sanctioned by the LET and the Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA).
rn
rnNocera is the leading money winner on the tour this season, with earnings so far of €382,604.93. The 33-year-old, a regular visitor to Australia, will be aiming for her sixth LET title of the year and her 11th in total after 2008 victories in Scotland, Holland, Norway, Sweden and Spain. Hot on her heels will be former Gold Coast resident and ANZ Ladies Masters winner Amy Yang. She has already won twice this year and will be looking to post a victory on ‘home’ soil after last week finishing in a tie for 9th at Korea’s Hana Bank KOLON Championship, an LPGA event.
rn
rnThe ALPG Members that will be competing are Frances Bondad, Kate Combes, Sarah Oh and Sarah Nicholson. Bondad, Combes and Nicholson will all be looking for Top-10 finishes in an attempt to climb the money list and secure exempt playing rights for the 2009 season.
