3.30pm: Australia's Sarah Kemp has charged around 13th Beach in seven-under par 65 to give herself an outside chance of winning the ISPS Handa Vic Open today.
New South Welshwoman Kemp, 33, a professional for more than a decade, had only made the cut on the number after the third round, and she started out at one-over par, 11 shots from the lead.
But by the time she rolled in five consecutive birdies on the front nine and then another four on the back nine for a 65, she signed at six-under par and with overnight leader Kim Kaufman of the United States going backwards, Kemp had emerged as a potential winner.
Frenchwoman Celine Boutier leads the women's event by a shot at eight-under par through 10 holes, just two ahead of Kemp at six-under along with Japan's Haru Nomuma and Kaufman, who dropped four shots in three holes on the front nine to open up the tournament.
Australia's Su Oh, who is playing in the final group, is at five-under par after a disappointing front nine, but not necessarily out of the race.
In the men's tournament, South Australia's Wade Ormsby and Queenslander Brad Kennedy are duelling for the title, both at 18-under par with Kennedy having played 11 holes and Ormsby nine holes.
They are three shots ahead of South African Justin Harding.
Kennedy, the Japan-based veteran from the Gold Coast, made a stunning charge on the front nine with six birdies to join Ormsby in the lead.
