LPGA – HULL CONTINUES WORK OUTSIDE THE ROPES

Winner of the ANZ Ladies Masters in February, house builder in May, Katherine Hull on Monday, joined a group of fellow LPGA players in assisting to build a home for a woman and her family in Williamsburg, Virginia.

rnThe program is called &aposHabitat for Humanity&apos and has been operating for five years. Working with local business and charity organisations their aim is to construct "safe, decent and affordable Habitat home.”

rnLPGA Commissioner, Carolyn Bivens was involved in the day and later said, “The LPGA has always done a great job with its players being involved; we just launched a program called ‘Outside The Ropes.’ There are a lot of things going on in the communities where we are playing….This is the time to go above and beyond. It’s our way of giving back to these communities.”
