The ‘Hill demolished North Ryde 7 matches to nil in a lop sided affair with Stephen Bevan and Samuel Nashaar recording big 6&5 wins.

Their opponent in next week’s semi-final at Glenmore will be Concord Golf Club, who grabbed a 3 ½ match all draw against Avondale Golf Club at Avondale on Sunday. The half point was enough for them to take first place in the pool. Brandan Biddle for Concord was the team’s big winner with a 3&2 result.

The other semi-final will see Bonnie Doon taking on Moore Park after Moore Park whitewashed Cabramatta 7 matches to nil at Moore Park. The standout for Moore Park was Joshua Collins with a big 7&6 result.

A heavily depleted Bonnie Doon side went down to Liverpool 4 matches to 3 at Liverpool. Bonnie Doon’s Greg Bell had a couple of reasons to smile despite the defeat; he kept his 2016 undefeated record in place and saw his son Joshua take his place as a team mate for the day.
