Liz and Peter George from Riverside were runners-up on 40 points on countback from Mildura’ s Jan Mierswa and Clif Ferguson.
The women’s section of the qualifying round saw the Broken Hill duo of Jenny Stephenson and Malissa Wheatley progress to the Mornington Peninsula final with a winning score of 43 points.
