Milbourne wins fourth Business Women’s title

Tasmania Golf Club’s Georgia Milbourne won her fourth consecutive Business Women’s Open title on Sunday.

The 18-year-old took out this year’s championship at Mowbray Golf Club with a fine one-over-par round of 73.

Milbourne defeated her nearest rival Kalynda Cowen from the Penguin Golf Club by six strokes on 79 (+7).

Third place went to Riverside Golf Club’s Amanda Smith who returned a round of 82 (+10).

The club teams event was won by the host club on a count back from the Prospect Vale Golf Club.

Mowbray’s Glenda Embery and Helen Finn combined for a nett total of 149 with Jillian Bye and Lindsay French representing Prospect Vale.
