Monash Country Club have come away with the Women's Bronze Medallion for 2014 with a total of 323, winning by 6 shots. Representing Monash were Rozelle Joffee, Rosita Lee, Adelaide Koo and Noreen Steingold. Runners Up were the team from St Michael's with 329 with Lesley Brown, Margaret Wynyard, Alice Purcell-Bern and Averil Waters.
At Wakehurst for the individual prizes, Nett Winner was local Wakehurst member Anne Mitchell (28) had a great score of 72 nett to win by 3 shots. Gosford’s Gai Phillips (35) won Nett Runner Up on a countback with a score of 75 nett.
Local Noreen Steingold (29) from Monash scored a 72 nett to winning the Nett prize by 4 infront of Asquith’s Bong Bay (27) who had a 76 nett on a countback.
It was a spectacular day for golf at both clubs with both courses in great condition and the players enjoying their day.

The 2014 Women's Bronze Medallion will take place on Thursday 18 September at Wakehurst and Monash Golf Club's. Representing their Club and playing in teams of four, 48 teams will compete in this years event.
The Women's Bronze Medallion is an 18-hole stroke handicap competition for teams of four players on handicaps from 23 to 32, played over two courses which are determined by the previous year's competition.
Each Club entering the competition nominates the players to represent it and the courses on which each pair will compete.
The Bronze Medallion is awarded to the team with the best aggregate of four nett scores.
Results, prize winners and images will be available here on completion of the event.
