Courtesy: Golf Queensland Golf Australia National Squad member Daniel Nisbet (Caboolture) has held steady after day two of the Queensland Men&aposs Stroke Play Championship at Pacific Harbour Golf & Country Club recording a second round 4-under par, 68 to lead the field by one stroke. Nisbet (pictured) recorded five birdies in his round today with just a sole bogey on his 11th hole, the par-four 2nd. A further shot back is Pacific&aposs Gavin Fairfax after backing up today with a 3-under par, 69. Two shots behind Nisbet is New South Welshman Kyle Grant (Mona Vale) who also shot 3-under par, 69. First round leader Cameron Smith (Wantima) failed to continue his hot form shown yesterday to shoot a 4-over par, 76. Smith is tied fifth along with fellow 2009 Queensland Boy&aposs team member Taylor Cooper who managed a 1-over par 73 today. Rounds 3 and 4 will continue tomorrow with the leading players teeing off at 12:21 on the 1st tee. The top 16 players will qualify for the Queensland Men&aposs Amateur Championship (Match Play) hosted by Nudgee Golf Club.
