NSW Amateur final a Bonnie Doon affair

The 2016 Golf NSW Amateur Championship final will be an all Bonnie Doon showdown.

Austin Bautista and Troy Moses, team mates at the Eastern Suburbs club will battle it out for the  118 year-old title after they both came through thrilling semi finals at Riverside Oaks Golf Resort this afternoon.

Bautista held his nerve to get on top of the impressive Korean Young-woon Kim 3 and 2; while Moses survived an epic see-saw battle against Queensland surprise packet Steven Cox, Moses eventually prevailing on the 19th hole.

The Women's final will be a battle between Taiwan and Korea after Yu Chiang Hou of Taiwan defeated Korean Gyo-rin Park in her semi final. Ga-young Lee of Korea defeated Hyun-kyung Park in the other all korean semi final.

The 2016 Golf NSW Men's and Women's Amateur Championship final will be conducted over 36 holes on the Bungool course at Riverside Oaks Golf Resort Cattai, tomorrow, February 2nd. The Men's final will tee off at 7.30am followed by the Women at 7.45am.  Entry is free and fans are welcome to attend.
