This exciting acquisition has created a new opportunities to join the TaylorMade adidas-Golf (TMaG) Pacific Team as Territory Manager for Adams Golf. Working within the Australian Sales team and reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will require a professional Territory Manager who is driven and passionate about sales. You will be responsible for effectively selling, fitting, training and educating a broad range of customers on Adams Golf equipment and accessories. Key responsibilities will include Driving sales and margin growth Demonstrating excellence in customer management Excellence in launching new products to market Ensuring alignment of brand and product initiatives to customer and consumer Professional client presentations Maintaining and developing relationships with your accounts Education of technical information to customer and consumers Conduct experience and fitting days for customer base Playing a key role within the sales team Developing and maintaining an account base within metro and regional areas of New South Wales Frequent travel is a requirement of the role To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills/qualities/experience: The successful candidate will be self-motivated, pro-active and be driven by a passion for sales with the ability to work autonomously. You will be a strong team player and have the ability to apply your initiative via a disciplined call cycle which will be critical to your success in this role. You will have a strong and demonstrable professional sales background in a similar industry or FMCG, strong account management exposure and sound negotiation and analysis skills.
