World No.1 Lorena Ochoa has claimed her second major title with a five-stroke victory in the Kraft Nabisco Championship at Mission Hills in California. The Mexican began the day with a one-shot lead over South Korea&aposs Hee-Won Han. But four birdies in her first 10 holes put her in an unassailable position, and she closed with a five-under-par 67 to finish 11 under. Her nearest challenger was former world No.1 Annika Sorenstam, whose 68 was matched by Sweden&aposs Suzann Pettersen as the pair shared second place on six under. Hee-Won&aposs disappointing level-par final round of 72 dropped her to fifth. Australian hope Karrie Webb fired a closing round 74 to end the tournament one-over-par and locked in a share of 13th, 12 strokes off Ochoa. Compatriot Rachel Hetherington continued to struggle, her final-round 75 her third over-par effort of the week. Hetherington ended in a tie for 31st.
