Geoff Ogilvy has maintained his one-stroke advantage at the halfway point of the the season-opening Mercedes-Benz Championship in Hawaii. The 2008 Australian PGA champion backed up his opening round 67 with a bogey-free 66 to move to 11-under overall. Compatriot Adam Scott is also in contention after a blistering six-under-par 67 took him up to a share of 10th place at six-under overall. Scott looked destined for an average round when he bogeyed the 11th, but three consecutive birdies and an eagle on the par-five 18th to close his round rocketed him up the leaderboard. American D.J. Trahan in second place at 10-under-par, while South African Ernie Els is a further stroke back at nine-under. Anthony Kim, Sean O&aposHair, Ryuji Imada, Davis Love III, Kenny Perry and Johnson Wagner are all tied at seven-under.
