Horton Park Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Operations/Golf Assistant to join our team. Horton Park Golf Club is an 18 Hole championship golf course situated in Maroochydore on Queensland s Sunshine Coast. The Club is in the process of moving location to Bli Bli which will see a brand new complex completed in June 2014. This is a full time position which will see the successful applicant manage all golf competitions, special events and the Club’s website and provide Membership, Marketing & Administrative support to the General Manager in carrying out the day-to-day tasks of club operations. Nature & Scope of Position: Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for all Membership, Club Golf and Marketing activities and for achieving and maintaining a high standard of service quality as is dictated by the Horton Park Golf Club policy. Will require the following skills and experience: Strong understanding of golf. Experience within an office environment is required.
