Australia&aposs Wade Ormsby finished in share of 10th place at the Queen&aposs Cup as Thailand&aposs Prayad Marksaeng thrilled the home gallery by taking out the title. Ormsby closed with an impressive 68 at the Santiburi Samui Country Club near Bangkok to jump up into the top 10 of the Asian Tour tournament, but his final score of four under was still 10 shots behind that of Marksaeng. Marksaeng finished the tournament with an impressive 67 to win by three shots from compatriot Arnond Vongvanij, while Japan&aposs Daisuke Kataoka was another two shots adrift in third. Overnight leader Mohd Siddikur could only manage a 77 during the final round to drop back into a share of eighth at minus five, while Indian Anirban Lahiri closed with a 75 to sit alongside Ormsby at four under. David Lutterus was the next best of the Australians in a tie for 18th place, while compatriots Matt Jager (equal 51st), Ryan McCarthy (equal 59th) and Matthew Stieger (equal 67th) were well back.
