Carrick Neil Scottish Stroke Play Championship
New South Players have started solidly in their first international tournament in the Northern Hemisphere Summer of International Elite Amateur events at the Carrick Neil Scottish Stroke Play Championship played at Kilmarnock (Barasserie). Matt Stieger (St Michaels GC), finished the best of the NSW players in tied 4th position on 287 (-5). Stieger was in the lead on the back 9 but was run down by a fast finishing Frenchman Paul Bajon who shot a 32 (-5) on the last 9 holes. Women’s St Rule Trophy
A 54 Hole event, the St Rule Trophy attracts players from all over the world who relish the opportunity to play on the New and Old Courses at St Andrews Links. Adriana Brent from (The Lakes GC) competed in this event.
