Parry flies Aussie flag

Craig Parry and Paul Sheehan have finished in a tie for 17th at the Ana Open on Japan&aposs Golf Tour. Parry closed with a three-under par final round to climb up the leaderboard, while Sheehan kept up his consistent form with an even-par round. Azuma Yano won the tournament after carding a four-under par 68 in his final round on Sunday. Yano shot five birdies and just one bogey to finish with a 15-under 273 and a comfortable four strokes ahead of second-placed Tommy Nakajima and Toshinori Muto. Nakajima&aposs five-under-par 67 was not enough to challenge Yano while Muto carded a four-under-par 68 at the Sapporo Golf Club. Kenichi Kuboya, Hiroyuki Fujita and Shingo Katayama all finished tied for third at 10-under overall. New Zealand pair David Smail and Eddie Lee had solid tournaments finishing seventh and 28th respectively. Chris Campbell finished at one-under par in a tie for 34th, while compatriot Steven Conran was a further stroke back in a tie for 38th.
