Pennant Hills win today in Women&aposs Grade has put them in an unbeatable position and they will be presented with the 2012 Grade pennant. A 4.5 / 2.5 win over Concord means that they cannot be defeated. The Pennant Hills team have been thereabouts for several seasons, and have finally secured the flag they have been searching for so many years. Pennant Hills&apos Lauren Hibbert (pictured on left winning the recent NSW Foursomes Championship) was thrilled with todays result, with todays squared match against Shelly Shin meaning she has completed the season undefeated.
The team has won all six Contests this year, averaging just over 5 individual match wins per Contest. The Australian, with three and a half Contest wins are currently in second place. Even with a win in next week&aposs last round, they will still be one and half Contest wins behind the dominant Pennnat Hills team. Similarly in Grade 4, Bayview have secured victory. Other grades remain undecided going into next week&aposs last round (25 May).
