Playgolf WEEK – Live TV Cross to Kooyonga GC – Network 10 Adelaide
Network Ten Weather Presenter, Kate Freebairn ventured out to Kooyonga Golf Club during Playgolf WEEK to broadcast Wednesday night’s weather.
With a Junior Twilight Clinic already scheduled on the night, Kooyonga was the chosen destination with over 30 excited juniors participating in a series of putting challenges, whilst Channel 10 crossed live on two occasions to Kate on the putting green.

Playgolf WEEK proudly presented by Drummond Golf, is a national week of golf activities from Monday 17 – Sunday 23 November to raise awareness and involvement in golf, leading to increased participation.
There are over 40 participating SA Golf Clubs who are each holding a range of activities for their local communities, culminating in a Come and Try Day this Sunday with lots of activities planned for all ages and abilities.
There are so many benefits to playing golf, it’s a great way to stay active and social throughout life and people of all ages and abilities can play the game.
There is nothing better, than being out on a golf course on a nice day, out in the fresh air, having a round of golf with some friends and trying to improve your game.
