Golf NSW is seeking to appoint a High-Performance Manager to run the athlete development program overseeing the progress of our State’s finest golfing talent.
The successful candidate will develop,implement and manage strategies geared towards providing our State’s best young golfers with the opportunity to improve their skills and ensure they have every chance of realising their potential as world-class athletes.
The full-time role will see the successful candidate manage the long-term strategic goals of the Golf NSW High-Performance Program, as well as ensuring the development framework for both male and female athletes meets desired outcomes.
The High-Performance Manager will ensure top to bottom integration of talented athlete programs from across regional NSW through to State, National and international level through liaison with the player’s coach, to our elite fitness partner, Precision Athletica, Golf Australia and any other key stakeholder.
