Kieran Pratt and Wade Ormsby moved into a three-way share of the lead after the first round of the Panasonic Open India on Thursday. The Australian duo carded five-under 67s at the Delhi Golf Club, sharing the lead with Singaporean Lam Chih Bing after the opening round of the Asian Tour event. Local SSP Chowrasia (three under) sits outright fourth ahead of a group of seven players, including Australian Adam Groom. Pratt and Ormsby both started on the back nine and went through their 18 holes bogey free, holing five birdies. After victory in Myanmar last year, Pratt is desperate to claim a second win. “I&aposve been building a lot of confidence with my ball-striking and that&aposs pretty important around Delhi Golf Club,” he said. “It has been a while since my last win and you get that itch where you want to win again.” Australians Sam Brazel, David Lutterus and Matthew Stieger are all in the hunt on one under.
