HIS STORY:
Marc Leishman has had a solid season on the US PGA Tour after staring tragedy in the face in April. The 32-year-old withdrew from The Masters this year to be with his wife, Audrey, when she fell ill with acute respiratory distress syndrome and toxic shock syndrome. Audrey was given a slim chance of survival, but she made a full recovery and Leishman made it into a playoff at the British Open at St Andrews in July. Leishman arrives in Sydney full of confidence after defeating American superstar Jordan Spieth in their Presidents Cup Sunday singles match in South Korea.
