Defending champion Stefan Albinski (NSW) has progressed to the quarter finals this morning at the Australian Men&aposs Senior Match Play Championship at Thirteenth Beach Golf Links. Albinski will play Allan Bullas (VIC) while another former champion, Denis Dale (NSW), will play Laurence Bockman (NSW) for a spot in this afternoon&aposs semi finals. In the other quarter finals, David Limbach (NSW) will play Ian McPherson (WA) and Tony Bailey (TAS) will play Sal Ballard (NSW). The Australian Men&aposs Senior Match Play Championship is open to the leading 32 players from the Australian Men&aposs Senior Ranking System; and a Super Senior Section for the leading 8 players aged 65 years and over. It is played over two and a half days, with players who are eliminated from the main championship progressing to consolation flights.
