20-year-old Queenslander Anthony Quayle has won this year’s Tasmanian Open.
The Sanctuary Cove member carded rounds of 68, 71, 72 and 71 to win this year’s event at Royal Hobart.
Quayle finished on six-under-par and two shots clear of New South Wales’ Austin Bautista on four-under.
Victoria’s DJ Loypur placed third on three-under-par.
Current state amateur champion Mark Schulze was the leading Tasmanian on one-over-par.

Soo carded rounds of 73, 67, 75 an d72 to finish five-under-par and three strokes clear of second placed Hira Naveed of Western Australia.
Queensland’s Amy Walsh was third on five-over-par.
16-year-old Georgia Milbourne was the leading Tasmanian in sixth place.
