American Patrick Reed has a one-stroke lead at the halfway point of the Wyndham Championship in North Carolina. Reed followed up his opening-round 65 with a six-under-par 64 on Friday at the Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, to move to 11 under for the tournament. Reed went bogey-free in his second round, with four birdies on the front nine and another two after the turn to head into the weekend&aposs action one shot clear of compatriot John Huh, who carved up the course en route to a 62. Huh&aposs round was a career-best for the 23-year-old from New York, as he made eight birdies to sit one stroke ahead of American Jordan Spieth. A chasing pack of six men are lurking on seven under, made up of Americans Bob Estes, Brian Harman and Jim Herman, plus England&aposs Ross Fisher, South Korean Charlie Wi and South African Rory Sabbatini. Defending champion Sergio Garcia is still in contention at five under after a 70. Stuart Appleby is the best of the Australians on four under, level with compatriots Cameron Percy, Matt Jones and John Senden. Geoff Ogilvy is on three under, one ahead of Greg Chalmers and Alistair Presnell, with Nick O&aposHern and Scott Gardiner both on one under.
