About Hannah
After turning pro in late 2016, Hannah Green produced an unbelievable rookie season on the Symetra Tour the following year, claiming three wins and immediate promotion to the LPGA Tour for 2018. Green was named the Symetra Tour's Rookie of the Year in 2017 after finishing second on the money list and recording a massive 12 top 10s. She has held down an LPGA Tour card since 2018 and made her US Women's Open debut in June, 2019.
Weeks later, Green produced the performance of a lifetime, becoming the third player to win the KPMG Women's PGA Championship wire-to-wire. The 22-year-old carded a final round 72 at Hazeltine to hold off major winners Ariya Juntanugarn and Sung Hyun Park on the final day, making a clutch sand save from a greenside bunker on the 72nd hole to seal the win.
Green became Australia's third female major champion and the win was her first on the LPGA Tour. The win lifted Green to a career-high 29th on the world rankings.
