Fourteen keen junior took part in the Ocean Grove Golf Club Rookie Series event played on the Par 3 course at Barwon Heads GC.
Some terrific scores were returned, with Rory Monteith carding a one over par 37 to take out the Boys Under 15 section.
Other winners on the day were Jed Modini (Boys U11) with a score of 40, Ainsley Walker (Girls U15) with a score of 46 and Amber Brennan (Girls U11) with a score of 48.
Both Rory and Ainsley have eanred a place in the Rookie Series Final to be held early in 2014.
