New South Wales pair Shelly Shin and Cathleen Santoso will join Hannah Green (WA) in Australia&aposs team for the Queen Sirikit Cup next month in Malaysia. The Queen Sirikit Cup will be played at Saujana Golf and Country Club, Malaysia from 9-11 April 2014 and Australia is the defending champion. The team update comes after World Number 1 amateur Minjee Lee and World Number 5 amateur Su-Hyun Oh, who were originally scheduled to play the event, accepted invitations to the Kraft Nabisco Championship in the United States which is played in the same week. For Shin it is recognition of her recent run of form including her victory at the Riversdale Cup last week and her quarter final appearance at the Australian Amateur Championship in Adelaide in January. Santoso, a former Australian Junior Champion and past member of the National Squad, is now based at the University of Oregon and recorded her first medalist honours last week at the Juli Inkster Spartan Invitational near San Jose.
