New South Welshman Grant Scott has fired consecutive rounds of 69 to claim a share of first place at the half-way mark of the New Zealand Amateur Championship at Hamilton Golf Club. Joining him at the top on six-under is the Kiwi trio of Kevin Smith, Troy Rophia and Nick Gillespie. The trio had 69, 67 and 70 respectively to leave themselves in a strong position heading into the third round.
