World Number 5 Adam Scott spent 40 minutes on Wednesday at the Talisker Masters fielding questions from media covering everything from his narrow loss at the Open Championship to tournament scheduling to the long putter debate. But with official media duties out of the way, the Queenslander headed for more questions at the driving range at Kingston Heath Golf Club to host a one hour Titleist clinic for National Squad and State Squad amateurs. The clinic gave amateurs to chance to hear Scott talk through each club in his bag, his routine during a tournament, his warm-up and the importance of the relationship between player and caddy. Scott also hit shots with most clubs in his bag. Speaking earlier to the media, Scott said his form in 2012 was such that the lack of victory bothered him. “I have been very consistent week in and week out, performing at a pretty high level, but I haven&apost managed to put four days together at the right time. “Therefore I haven&apost won an event this year, which bothers me a little bit. “But I am here and I have got a chance this week and hopefully I can get it done here. “I am pretty desperate for a win and I will be focused starting (Thursday) morning.”
