Adam Scott's job-share arrangement with two caddies has ended, with veteran Steve Williams confirming that he will not be on the Australian's bag next season.
Williams has been caddying for Scott part-time, usually at the main tournaments, for the past two years and full-time prior to that.
But Englishman David Clark, who was the other part of the arrangement, was on Scott's bag at the most recent major, the PGA Championship.
Williams told the New Zealand Herald that his time with Scott was done.
"I'm not going to caddie for Adam next year, he'll return to having a full-time caddie," Williams told the newspaper. "He's had a job-share where he's had two caddies for the last two seasons but he wants to return to one caddie next season."
Williams, 63, is close to retirement.
But he is caddying for American Danielle Kang at the Women's New Zealand Open this week, his first venture into the women's game.
