Senden goes boom

Queensland&aposs John Senden, a past champion of the Australian Open and the last champion at Royal Sydney slotted a stunning hole-in-one on the 173m Par 3 14th hole. Senden lead the field early although Kiwi David Smail is challenging him for the lead. Paul Goydos and Brendan Jones currently sit with a group of others at 1-under half way through their rounds.
