Golf NSW High Performance Manager and Coach Dean Kinney commented, “After a fantastic summer for Shelly, which included a fifteen shot win in the Riversdale Cup and selection to represent Australia in the Queen Sirikit Cup, Golf Australia chose Shelly to be in their national Junior Squad.” He added, “This will give her many more opportunities with international and national tournaments and access to the best coaches and service providers in Australia.” Shelly was very excited about the announcement revealing, “This has been a goal of mine for a while now…I just tried to keep working hard and let those things just happen.” Happen it did!…Shelly has had an extraordinary year.
