Golf Australia National Junior Squad member Cameron Smith continued his recent run of form to finish as the leading amateur at the Cellarbrations Queensland PGA Championship at Toowoomba City Golf Club. Smith played in the first two rounds alongside Craig Parry and today finished in a tie for 11th as the highest ranked amateur. He finished with rounds of 72, 67, 64 and 66 to be at 11-under par for the championship. Every day this week I learnt something new from the guys I was playing with, it was fantastic, said Smith. I ve still got a lot to learn before I turn pro but this week has given me a lot of confidence.
