Smith holds slender lead at Riversdale

Overnight leader Kristie Smith maintained her charge at the Women&aposs Riversdale Cup, maintaining her position at the halfway mark of the prestigious event. Smith posted a three-under 70 in round one followed by an even-par 73 to lead by one stroke from Julia Boland and Kiwi Dana Kim. Kim bolted up the leaderboard after posting the best second round score and will look to maintain the pressure on the Australian frontrunners. Victorian Stacey Keating also maintained her consistency and sits outright fourth at one-over while Rhianna Davies of Lake Karrinyup Country Club is fifth an additional two shots back.
