Smith qualifies for US Junior Championship

Srixon Australian Stroke Play and Boys&apos Amateur champion Cameron Smith came away from Hope Valley Country Club in North Carolina having successfully qualified for the US Junior Amateur Championship. Smith finished with a two round score of 131 to see him four strokes clear of second-placed qualifier American Grayson Murray who finished on 135. The US Junior Amateur Championship is held from July 18-23 at Gold Mountain Golf Club&aposs Olympic Course in Seattle. Earlier this year, Smith won the Australian Boys&apos Amateur by eight strokes at Carnarvon Golf Club and won the Srixon Australian Men&aposs Stroke Play championship at Victoria Golf Club in a play-off.
