Access to the course
Course access is available to all patrons with a general admission ticket. Patrons are to stay outside the ropes and follow the marshals’ instructions when crossing the fairways at the designated crossing points.

Times
Play starts at approximately 7.15am Thursday and Friday, with gates open at 6.30am. The starting time on Saturday and Sunday is dependent on how many players make the cut, however will be approximately 7.15 am.
Daily draws, schedule and programs
Daily draws, schedules and programs will be available at the entry gates and within the tournament village throughout the championship.
Public Entrance
Public may access to the event via Entrance #1 off Tapleys Hill Rd or via Entrance #2 off Frederick Rd – see course map.
Public catering
The public catering outlets will be located near the clubhouse, near the Driving Range and at the Pavilion on all tournament days.
Merchandise
Merchandise for the 2020 championship will be available for purchase at the merchandise marquee – see course map.
Public Car Park
Car Park C is located on Frederick Rd. Directional signage will guide you.

Galleries
Spectators are requested to stay behind the ropes at all times. You may cross at the designated crossings when directed to do so by a marshal.
Grandstand
Grandstand seating is free to the public and all patrons are advised that it is a “first in, best dressed” basis.
Digital devices
All patrons are required to turn their mobile phones to OFF or on SILENT whilst on course and are not permitted to be used near play. Cameras and video cameras are not permitted on course. Mobile phone use is not permitted in the clubhouse.

Will call collection facility
The facility is located at entrance #1 to the Royal Adelaide Golf Club off Tapleys Road. It will be open each tournament day from 7am. All tickets requiring collection should be handed directly to Will Call.
Clubhouse access and dress code
Pass holders only. Smart casual or golf attire is to be worn at all times. Strictly no denim.
Electronic Super Screens
Electronic Super Screens will be located at major vantage points to keep all spectators up to date on play.
Public Restrooms
Public restrooms will be located throughout the course (see course map) and will be clearly marked with directional signage.
Lost & Found
Lost and Found is located at the Golf Australia offices in addition to the Royal Adelaide Golf Club Reception.
Disabled Access
Disability access is available at the venue. The area around the clubhouse is flat with no kerbing providing wheelchair access to excellent viewing points. Tickets are sold at general admission prices. The person with a disability who requires a carer, the carer will be admitted free of charge upon presentation of their Companion card. There will be limited disabled car parking spaces in Car Park A on a first come first served basis.
Inclement Weather
A Golf Tournament can still continue in raining conditions. If the weather is potentially dangerous to players and patrons then a SIREN will sound and play will be suspended. If the siren sounds patrons are advised to seek shelter immediately and AVOID THE FOLLOWING – Open areas, hill top and high places, isolated trees, golf carts, grandstands, telephone poles, metal or wire fences, metal stakes and TV towers.
