Clubs seeking to take part in the Srixon Major Pennants and Women's Grade sponsorship support program will be required to complete the registration survey at the below link.

Once the above registration survey has been completed you will be required to send through your clubs logo in EPS format (if it has changed from 2014) as well as the relevant signed contract which can be downloaded below.
